TODDLERS 18-36 months old
Our Toddlers programme gets little ones ready for the fun of sports fundamentals. Using simple instructions, shapes and colours to get them active. We encourage them to build friendships and help them to explore their gross motor skills is fun ways.
KIDS 6.5-13 years old
Our wonderful KIDS programme is where it all began. The drills and activities are extremely unique and designed by our head coach JO, we engage the children in such a way they enjoy each and every class. They build some incredibly important skills, athletic fundamentals. The equipment used helps them use the mechanics of their bodies and encourages them to work as a team to reach their full potential.
Adventure Days & Camps
Welcome to the HOLIDAYS!!! Every holiday we believe it’s time for the children to explore and create new memories.
CAMP - we use overnight facilities around HK and spend 2/4 nights in dormitories, exploring and learning to become more independent. They have days full of awesome activities, kayaking, rope course, cycling, roller skating, touch rugby, archery, basketball, hiking, BBQ and plenty more exciting activities daily. Ages 7-13 years old
Our Adventure days are a full day programme (9:30-3:30pm) we take the children on some incredible adventures around Hong Kong. Water sports, Hiking, water falls, beaches, bike riding and many more fun days. Children get the opportunity to see new places and experience new skills. It encourages them to build friendships, be part of a team and learn new things. Most importantly, it creates some wonderful memories.
TOTS & JUNIORS 3-6.5 years old
Our ToTs and Juniors classes are high energy, filled with exciting and energetic drills and games. We teach and encourage them to learn new skills and explore the use of new equipment and show them just how amazing the mechanics of their bodies really are.
TEENS 13-16 years old
Our Teens programme is a feed from the kids classes and we plan special small group classes for them to continue their journey in fitness. Skills include; Strength, conditioning, speed and agility and several of the drills are designed for them
URBAN FITNESS - Personal Training Sessions (1:1 or small groups)
Coach Jo is extremely passionate about his UrbanFitness project. It’s unique and designed to the individual client or small group session. THE GYM COMES TO YOU is literal, Coach Jo travels to the closest and most convenient venue near you. Whether you are new to fitness or just wanting to get stronger all round, THIS is where you need to be.
